Good Morning, sweethearts of my heart!

This lesson may seem very simple - but it is very important!

Always play poker when you are in a good mood and NOT when you are tired, bored, or feeling grumpy.

If you can't be fun to play with, chances are you will lose!

So spend some time listing everything you can think of that would put you in a good mood - and then, if necessary, USE that list.

Oh I really agree with this one as I thought this last week after losing my best friend(my dog) I would lose myself in poker and thats what I did was lose all week...
