This place, like you, is my favorite place to play poker. EVERYBODY has a fair chance of winning money!!!!!!!!!! And you don't have to be a great player to win. For some reason, a lot of players there act like they have never played poker before. At least, they sure don't know HOW to play!

Hi Bower, apparently tonight is my night for error codes also. I just replied to Royal Blush's post and clicked on submit and received an error code. ugh lol I will contact support and let you know what I find out. It might be morning before I get a response but I'll get right back here as soon as I do receive it.

NOOOOOOOOOO I can't play at this site!! Even though I have a Pentium III and lots of Ram and stuff my computer isn't up to snuff. I can't remember if it is because you need XP or what it was but I can't play there....

This problem occurs when the user's graphic drives are not up-to-date in
order to play 3D games but it can easily be fixed by following the below
simple steps.

Please note that The3DPoker requires Windows 2000, XP or Vista. If you have
an older version of Windows, we will provide a light version of The3DPoker
in the future, but for the time being, you wonÂ´t be able to play here.

SET YOUR DESKTOP TO 32-BIT COLOR

1. Right-click on the desktop and choose preferences from the menu that pops
up.
2. Click the settings tab.
3. Set the Color dept/Color quality to "Highest (32 bits)".
4. Click OK to apply changes and close the window.

If youâ€™re still having problems, please continue below.

UPDATE GRAPHICS CARD DRIVERS

You need to know the brand and model of your graphics card. You can find out
by doing the following:

1. Right-click on the desktop and choose preferences from the menu that pops
up.
2. Click the settings tab.
3. You will see the name of the graphics card, including the manufacturers
name and card model on your screen.

You need to download the latest version of your graphics drivers from the
manufacturersâ€™ website.

Example: If your graphics card is made by ATI, go to www.ati.com. If your
graphics card is made by Nvidia, go to www.nvidia.com. Follow the
instructions on their webpages about how to download and install the new
drivers.

If you canâ€™t find your graphics card's manufacturer, please search the web
for the model name of your graphics card.

Once the new driver is installed, please re-start your computer. If youâ€™re
still having problems, please continue below.

UPDATE DIRECT-X

Direct-X is the part of Microsoft Windows that deals with advanced 3D
graphics.

Open the directory to which you installed The3DPoker. The directory is
usually in this location "C:/Program Files/The3DPoker/". You can reach this
directory by following these steps:
1. Double click on "My Computer" on your desktop.
2. Open the drive named "Local Disc C:" or similar.
3. Open the directory named "Program Files".
4. Open the directory named "The3DPoker". (Depending on your computer
settings you might have to click on "Show Files" before the contents of
Program Files are shown).
5. Run the program named "dxwebsetup" and follow instructions.
If you are asked to restart your computer, please do so. Then try running
The3DPoker again. If youâ€™re still having problems, please continue below.

DELETE REGISTRY.TXT
1. Double click on "My Computer" on your desktop.
2. Open the drive named "Local Disc C:" or similar.
3. Open the directory named "Program Files".
4. Open the directory named "The3DPoker".
5. Delete the file named "registry".
6. Re-start The3DPoker.

I hate that I am "forced" to update to XP when I can't afford it. A lot of casinos are going the same route. sigh.. maybe I can get XP for my birthday but for now I guess I will have to miss our first of many tourneys.

I am soooooo unhappy that you cannot come out and play with us. It just doesn't seem right at all!

But I'll tell you something, girlfriend, to prove once agan how stupid I can be. I might not be playing either because here is the dumb trick I pulled: As soon as OC got our banner into our site here, I uninstalled my 3D poker so I could click on the banner here and give Poker-Crush the credit for my re-installation. Well, I don't know what phone number I got by with last time, but this time it keeps rejecting my registration, saying INVALID PHONE NUMBER. It has a blank to fill in BEFORE filling in the area code and phone number and I don't know what to put in that blank!

DOES ANYONE KNOW? What did everyone else put in that spot? (Valeria, who can't play, probably knows!)

So sorry, my friend. Maybe for both of us.

Well ya know royal lol it doesn't always work that way... I mean uninstalling then installing from a different banner to give credit to someone else (PC in this case). If you are having trouble with a phone try leaving out the - (like 541-736-1111) instead try 5417361111 well with YOUR phone number LOL if you are not putting in the "-" try putting it in. That could be why it is rejecting your phone. Hope that works!

I already followed all of O.C's great tech solutions so I hope it works.

Royal I just used my regular phone # so dont know what to tell you..but...

you could try 1-800-ORA-NGEC lol wouldnt hurt to try lol

J/K Orange .... Royal seriously try putting (000) 000-0000 i have to do that for places that ask for mobile phone and it wont let me register unless I put a # in space ..So Try It.. It works for me.

Right Mojo.

Anytime a registration requires a mobile # I put 5555555555. Sometimes I even put that as a work number as well. I've used 5555555555 on at least ten different registrations and it has never failed. Laughing

Found out all I needed to know and zipped right into 3D, getting the credit to good old Poker Crush!

But I will not be nearly as happy playing in the freeroll as I could be........because of who is missing.

Hi OC..... I would love to play in the 3D trny...... I play at 3D all the time. I was also having software problems in the beginning but things are better now. Had to do all the things suggested in this forum...then i ended up having to go back to my old video card, my newer one must have had something wrong. Anyway things are pretty smooth now...so hope to see you there. Oh and OC, back in Dec you were talking to me about a new PC (you had just gotten one.) Well I now have a laptop also....and it's nice but of course my man is always on it....well cause it's actually his...LOL at least we each have our own now.... Happy gambling all Very Happy

I am having trouble downloading the software again. I'm trying to download on hubbie's puter now, if I can I will be there. I don't wanna miss this one.

MissOrange or Poker Guru! I tried installing and running the 3d poker software on my Mom's laptop and it works! ((quite well too! This software is awesome, its like playing the xbox versions of poker..even making your avatar and everything)) I also managed to talk my mother into letting me use her laptop for the game tonight! As I type this, its nearing 4pm my time.. If possible, can I please get the password for the tourney?

Sorry to be a bug and for the long babbling message. lol Get back to me when/if you can please?
